If the app cannot find your Uniden Security Camera, ensure that your network supports DHCP protocol and that the DHCP option is turned on. Check that the camera and your mobile device are connected to the same WiFi router, and that the WiFi router is activated. Also, make sure the camera is properly powered on. If problems persist, use the “ADD CAMERA” function to manually add the camera.
