Button lock function
The access

button on your uDirect can
be locked to avoid inadvertent presses. To lock
the button, press and hold the connect

and Home

buttons simultaneously. The
power indicator light will flash red three times
to indicate that the buttons have been locked.
Press and hold the connect

and Home
( )
buttons simultaneously again to unlock
the buttons.
You will still be able to answer an incoming
telephone call using the access
( )
button
while it is locked.
The power indicator is lit as long as you press
a uDirect button. Green conrms a good
uDirect battery state, red indicates that you
need to charge the uDirect battery.
Two minutes aer unplugging the neckloop both
indicator lights will switch o and the uDirect
disconnects Bluetooth to save power.
Testing sound via the uDirect
. Wear the uDirect correctly.
. Press and hold the access (

button while switching on the device.
Release the access button. The audio
indicator light with turn pink.
The hearing aids will switch to the streaming
mode and you will hear the uDirect sound
demo.
Use the volume (
) buttons to adjust the
volume.
The sound demo will stop aer three minutes
or when the access button is pressed.
