INSTALLATION
3.2 FOUNDATION REQUIREMENTS
Themachinemustbeplacedonasolidoorwhichislevelinbothdirections,andofasufcientstrengthtobeabletosupport
the static and dynamic loads of the machine, existing machinery, and the means of transport.
WARNING
To reduce the risk of re, serious injury, property damage and/or
death, install the machine on a level oor of sufcient strength.
3.3 WATER CONNECTION
To connect water service to a machine with hoses, use the following procedure:
1. Beforeinstallinghoses,ushthebuilding’swatersystematthemachineconnectionvalvesforatleasttwo[2]minutes.
2. Checkltersandsealsinthemachine’sinletadapterhosesforpropertandcleanlinessbeforeconnecting.
3. Cold water must be supplied to the Soap Dispenser (DETERGENT FLUSH) Inlet for proper operation.
4. All water supply connections to the machine must have manual shut-off valves to facilitate installation and service.
5. Water inlet pressure must be between 13 and 43.5 PSI (1-3 Bar) to ensure proper operation of the machine.
6. Threadthe3suppliedbrassttingadaptersandinletstrainerwashersonthevalveconnections.Fingertightthenturn¼
turn with pliers. Do not cross thread or overtighten connection or leakage will occur.
7. Threadhosecouplingsonthewatersupplyhoseontothe(brass)valveconnection.Fingertightthenturn¼turnwithpliers.
Do not cross thread or overtighten connection or leakage will occur.
8. Hang hoses in a large loop; do not allow them to kink or to be stretched taut.
9. Check connections for water leaks before putting machine into operation.
