Check the circuit breaker / circuit panel for tripped breaker.
No steam coming out of hose
1) Is the steam release button in the ON position?
2) Check the low water light. If on, refill the unit.
3) Is the pressure 3- 4.5 bars? If not, wait for the unit to build
pressure
4) Drain boiler and refill with ¾ of the fill bottle or 1.5L of water.

Make sure the steam button is in the OFF position.
Unit takes more than 15 minutes
to reach full pressure of
3.5-4.5 bars
1) Is the unit plugged into an extension cord? If so, make sure it is
12 gauge and a maximum length of 25 ft.
2) Is there more than one appliance plugged into the electrical
outlet? If so, unplug the other appliance or use a different circuit.
3) Has the boiler tank been cleaned recently? See maintenance
