6 Press [Login] ([Right Select]). If the entered ID and password are
correct, the TonerAlert Level menu screen appears. If the entered ID
and password are incorrect, the Admin. ID menu screen
reappears. (You are returned to step 2.)
Off/On (Setting toner addition notifications)
Select whether Toner Alert Level is enabled.
1 In the TonerAlert Level menu, press  or  to select Off/On.
2 Press [OK]. The Off/On screen appears.
3 Press  or  to select whether Toner Alert Level is enabled.
4 Press [OK]. The TonerAlert Level screen appears.
TonerAlert Level (Setting for the alert level for toner addition)
This sets the level at which toner addition alerts will be displayed.
1 In the TonerAlert Level menu, press  or  to select TonerAlert
Level.
2 Press [OK]. The TonerAlert Level screen appears.
3 Use the numeric keys or press  or  to set the level at which an
alert will be displayed. The setting is possible between 5 and 100%.
4 Press [OK]. The Toner Alert Level is set and the TonerAlert
Level menu reappears.
