Utility Solutions suggests following the maintenance procedure outlined in this manual every 1,500-
2,000 operations. However, a maintenance schedule should not solely depend on the number of
operations.
Performing operations at or near the maximum amperage rating will result in more degradation, therefore
requiring more frequent maintenance. How and where the tool is stored can also affect the maintenance
schedule. Therefore, 1,500-2,000 operations between routine maintenance is only a benchmark.
