Expansion port usage
4.8.1.
Use the remote to control the motor
The mapping function of all channels cannot be repeated(cannot be the same), and ensure the unused channels’
mapping function is off. During using the joystick for speed control, you may need to use Rudder Trim to adjust
channel signal.
4.8.1.1. calibration
The driver supports four-way PWM input, which needs to be calibrated before using PWM control. Connect the receiver
channels corresponding to channels 1 , 4 , 5 , and 6 of the remote control to the PWM interface of the driver
(controller) expansion interface.
In this article, the remote control channels 1 , 4 , 5 , and 6 are respectively connected to ppm1, ppm2, ppm3, and ppm4,
but users can freely connect them according to the actual usage. Before calibration , select off the ppm mapping function
and write to the driver.
It is suggested to set channel 1,2,3,4 Rudder Trim to max value first. If the motor is running when the joystick at
zero position, you need to add Rudder Trim.
