7.7 WEAR OF THE SCRAPERS
When the machine reaches a certain number of hours show on display the
lower message.
Press the confirem button to progress in home screen. The message
appears at every start of the machine. Press the reset button
to permanently delete the message.This you can do only where you changed all
the scrapers and all the sliders!
For all damage on the machine or to a person which derived from
inconsediration of this message the company Valmar Global is not responsible!
It is necessary to keep record on the working hours of the mixer scrapers (see
the chapter 14.5 and write hours down to appendix A)!
8 PROGRAMS
Each program consists of steps (the number of the step you can see - check in
additional active screen – chapter 7.1.10) and if the program permitted (custom
programs) you can SET in:
• each step:
o Mixing speed (if the button racket and snail is grey the changing is not
allowed – see chapter 7.1.8);
o Mixture temperature (if the button up and down is grey the changing
is not allowed - see chapter 7.1.9);
o Maintenance time (if the button up and down is grey the changing is
not allowed - see chapter 7.1.9);
• all program:
o Hardnes value – only ice cream programs (if the button up and down
is grey the changing is not allowed - see chapter 7.1.9).
Exemple: Program custom (pasteurize) not present in this type of the machine!
Program is composed from 6 steps:
• Step 1: heating of the mixture to 45°C;
• Step 2: heating of the mixture to 85°C;
• Step 3: maintenance of the mixture at 85°C;
• Step 4: cooling of the mixture to 40°C;
• Step 5: cooling of the mixture to 4°C;
• Step 6: maintenance of the mixture at 4°C.
