  If your vds Gate Opener doesn't open when using the remote control or key-switch, several issues could be the cause. First, check that the master switch is on and supplying 230V mains voltage. Ensure the emergency STOP is not active; verify any STOP selectors or commands, or check the jumper on the STOP contact input on the control board if STOP is not used. Also, inspect the fuse and replace it with one of the same value if it's blown. Confirm that the motor's power cable is correctly connected or replace it if faulty. Finally, check the photocell connection and remove any obstructions blocking the beam.
