If the terminal cannot connect to the host check that you have selected Wi-Fi
under Settings \ IP Menu \ Set Comms Type.
Also check router is up and running.
If you have another router you can also connect to that router via the IP
Menu in settings (note that the terminal has the ability to have multiple
routers configured at the same time, so if one router fails the terminal can
connect to the next ‘in-line’.
Note:
If you have SIM card the terminal can fall over to GPRS see dual comm’s
section of doc
When the Cloud icon is displayed this indicates that the
terminal can’t connect to the host. If you click on the icon
the text NOT CONNECTED will be displayed
