3. Tap the following to access more settings:
Spell Checker: Tap Spell Checker and then tap the switch to
turn it On/Off. Choose a spell checker.
Autofill Service: Quickly enter saved usernames, passwords,
addresses, credit card information, and more. Palm uses
Google Autofill by default. Tap to choose a service to enable.
Adjust Autofill settings by tapping ( ).
Personal dictionary: Tap to add words to your personal
dictionary that you want your device to recognize.
Quick Launch
Need quick access to Voice Search? Simply double-press the
power button to quickly initiate a voice search. If you would
like to re-map this action to launch the camera or control
volume, you can do so in settings. To manage:
1. Access device settings.
2. Tap Advanced Features > Quick Launch.
3. Tap one of the following to enable:
Voice Search: Press the power button twice to start Google
Assistant.
Open Camera: Press the power button twice to open Camera.
Volume setting: Press the power button twice to transfer the
volume bar control.
Date and Time
Your Palm is set to automatically receive date and time
information from your network. If you are outside of network
coverage, you can manually set the date and time.
1. Access device settings.
2. Tap System > Date and time. Configure the following:
Automatic Date and Time: Tap the switch to enable/disable
automatic retrieval of date and time information from your
network. If this feature is disabled, you have the following
options:
- Set date: Tap to select the current date.
- Set time: Tap to select the current time.
Automatic Time Zone: Tap the switch to enable/disable
automatic retrieval of time zone information from your
network. If this feature is disabled, you have the following
option:
- Select time zone: Tap to select a time zone.
