  If the green power indicator is off on your Vertiv Power Supply, first ensure that the input voltage is present and within the normal range. If the voltage is correct, the internal input fuse may be open, or there might be a PFC over voltage or moderate load sharing imbalance, in which case you should replace the rectifier module. Also, check if the rectifier module is properly seated in the shelf; if not, reseat it. If the issue persists, replace the rectifier module.

  If the yellow protection indicator is on for your Vertiv Power Supply, it could be due to the rectifier module not being fully inserted. Remove and reinsert the module properly. Another cause could be the rectifier module overheating, potentially due to a blocked fan rotor or ventilation. Remove any obstructions from the fan or ventilation inlets and outlets.
