Usage Features

Quick Production: The 1000W heating plate and 3000 RPM spinning head allow for rapid cotton candy production, with only a 2-minute preheat time and a capacity to produce 120 cotton candies per hour.

Temperature Control: Unlike ordinary models, this machine offers precise voltage adjustment for temperature control, enabling experimentation with different sugar flavors.

Reliable Construction: The cotton candy maker features a carbon steel body and a 19.7-inch diameter stainless steel bowl, ensuring resistance to rust and corrosion. High-quality materials contribute to its robustness for long-term use and demanding tasks. A locking clip design facilitates easy disassembly of the washing bowl, reducing vibration and noise while enhancing stability during operation.

User-Friendly Design:

  • Candy Box: Equipped with a candy box for extra storage space, ideal for items like bamboo sticks.
  • Heat Dissipation: Well-designed ventilation holes on both sides ensure easy heat dissipation, promoting motor reliability for long-term use.
  • Stability: A non-slip bottom keeps the machine stable during operation.
  • Sugar Scoop: Includes a sugar scoop for convenient scooping and pouring of sugar.

Versatile Candy Compatibility: The machine can use traditional flossing sugars, milk sugars, fruit cubes, or any favorite hard candies to make delicious cotton candies.

Compact Size: Its compact size makes it suitable for countertop use (for countertop models) and portable for various events.

Operating Instructions:

  1. Power On: Press the switch to turn on the machine and wait 1-2 minutes. Observe for smooth rotation of the spinning head; if vibration is severe, adjust the machine for stability.
  2. Preheating: Adjust the voltage knob to Max, and the voltmeter will reflect the change. Warm up the machine for 2-3 minutes. After preheating, the voltage can be adjusted based on desired temperature.
  3. Sugar Test: Pour half a teaspoon of sugar to test heating and sugar production.
  4. Cotton Candy Production: Once ready, pour a spoonful of clean white sugar into the center of the sugar head. After about 3 seconds, cotton candy will start to squirt out. Use a bamboo stick to rotate it a few times along the inner wall of the bowl, then place the stick horizontally and rotate it over the spinning head to form cotton candy. Different shapes can be achieved by tilting the sticks.
  5. Turn Off: After making enough cotton candy, turn off the machine.

Safety Notices:

  • Minors are prohibited from using this product.
  • Keep wires away from hot surfaces.
  • Do not immerse machine lugs in water or other liquids.
  • Do not use damaged cords, sockets, or plugs.
  • Ensure proper installation before plugging into an outlet.
  • Turn off the switch and unplug the power supply when not in use or before cleaning. Wait for the spinning head to stop and the machine to cool down.
  • Do not touch the rotating spinning head or reach hands into the bowl while the machine is working.
  • Avoid moving the machine while it is working to prevent burns.
  • Do not touch the plug or wire with wet hands to avoid electric shock.
  • The motor has an 80% temporary cut-off rate; avoid long-term continuous operation. After one hour of continuous work, pause for 20 minutes to extend motor life.
  • Turn off and unplug the power before any cleaning, maintenance, or related work.
  • Do not run the machine without load for extended periods.
  • Do not use cleaning agents during cleaning to prevent accidental ingestion of residues.

Maintenance Features

Cleaning:

  1. Post-Use Cleaning: Clean the machine after each use to prevent the spinning head from blocking. Keep the machine running, pour a small amount of water into the rotor, and let the rotor shake off the water slowly. Then, turn off the machine and clean with a dry soft cloth.
  2. Blocked Spinning Head: If the spinning head is blocked, turn off the machine, open the spinning head, and clean up any burnt sugar.
  3. Cleaning Agents: Do not wash the machine with detergents like washing powder.
  4. Direct Rinsing: Do not rinse the machine directly with water.

Troubleshooting (Fault: No Sugar Filament):

  1. Spinning Head Check: Check if the sugar head is rotating and if it's hot.
  2. No Rotation: If the sugar head does not rotate, check if the machine is powered on and if the motor is broken.
  3. Not Hot: If the sugar head is not hot, check if the machine is powered on, if the sugar head is ringing, and if the voltage is excessive.
  4. Fuse Check: Unscrew the fuse knob on the panel or pry open the fuse cover (for Countertop Type) in the socket. Remove the fuse to check if it's burnt out.
  5. Internal Check: Remove the baffle & upper cover and the cover through the spinning head to access the internal components. Check if the carbon brush is loose or not working; if so, replace it with a new one.

Recovery and Disposal: This product complies with European Directive 2012/19/EC. The crossed-out wheelie bin symbol indicates that the product and its accessories require separate recycling in the EU.
