3.3) Main safety measures against risks of an elec-
trical nature
Protection against overcurrents, overloads, acci-
dental contacts and direct and indirect contacts.
- Circuit-breaker.
- Differential security breaker on power supply system.
3.4) Warning and compulsory procedure signs and
data-plates
The stairlift is tted with the following warning and
compulsory procedure signs and data-plates:
- Emergency switch must be pressed before operation
in manual mode - Fig. 2/e.
- Stairlift identication plate.
- Sign for manual release of bars and platform.
3.5) Supply condition
- Rails and rail connections - Fig. 7/a.
- Carriage - Fig. 6.
- Lift structure.
- Platform - Fig. 7/c.

- Handwheel for manual operation - Fig. 7/e.
The system must be installed by specialist
