1. HEXA must be activated. Otherwise, it cannot enter Direct Link mode.
2. If HEXA's head light turns blue, it means it is already auto-connected
to a Wi-Fi network. Under this situation, HEXA cannot automatically enter
Direct Link mode. You will need to manually switch to Direct Link mode in
HEXA App "Settings”.
5. Make sure that the distance between the mobile device and HEXA is
within 160 feet (50 meters). Direct Link mode won't work beyond this
distance.
3. Please check the network settings of your mobile device.
Make sure it is connected to HEXA's network.
4. Please confirm that you are the owner or trusted user of this HEXA.
