Chapter 7. Product Life time and Warranty
7.1 Product Life time
- SYLFIRM X is guaranteed to last for a minimum of four years.
7.2 Product Warranty
- The warranty covers a year.
However, the conditions excluded by the warranty are as follows.
Natural aging of the product from daily usage
Product damage due to improper storage
Product damage due to improper usage
Second-hand products (which are not covered by the warranty)
Products that are not in their original locations to which the manufacturer had initially
sent them.
Products that are repair or change without the manufacturer’s confirmation
Consumable tip is not covered under the warranty
You should use it just one time and then discard to avoid infection. The company
cannot accept liability for damage caused by re-use.
Consumable tip is valid for three years from the date of manufacture.
