15. Maintenance
15.1. Servicing and maintenance instruction
To guarantee flawless operation of the camera, the device must be serviced regularly. Servicing
includes work which may be performed by the user.
15.2. Changing the dome of the 40 mm Ø camera head
REMARK! The 40 mm Ø camera head is protected by a plastic dome which can be
changed if required.
Before fitting the new dome, lubricate the threading with silicon. When changing the dome, check it
is screwed tight until the last screw pitch. Otherwise, the sealing of the camera head is not
guaranteed and its operation may be disturbed by penetration of water or dirt.
15.3. Camera head
Clean the lens only with a soft and humid cloth without using cleaning products.
15.4. Flexible rod
Remove the flexible rod completely from the case regularly and clean it using a wet soft cloth.
15.5. Screen
Clean the screen using a wet cloth.
