The cuff must not be too tight because the pressure on the arm will increase
further when the cuff is pumped up.
If the shape of the arm does not allow the cuff to be wrapped around it
properly, the cuff can sit at a slight diagonal.
Plug the tube on the cuff into the connection provided on the device.
14.1.1. Posture
To measure your blood pressure you should be sitting comfortably on a
chair.
Take five or six deep breaths and relax.
