` Lower the head

` Turn the head to align the head crosshair with the

` Tighten the securing screw

` Remove the alignment plate.
If you need to remove the stage for
any reason, re-attach the alignment
plate and ensure the horizontal
lines are parallel to the horizontal
crosshair before removing the stage.
Fitting the stage glass
` Fit the stage glass

into its recess, taking care to
locate its bevelled edges

against the location springs
and on to the supports
