2) Start VitaScan LT applicaon with
the VitaScanLT.INI le from CMD
command or another program
C:\programs\VitaScanLT.exe -IC:\
documents\Vitacon\VitaScanLT\
VItaScanLT.INI
- Specify both paths where VitaScanLT.
exe and VitaScanLT.INI le are located
on your computer
- No space between ‘-I’ and path to the
INI-lename
3) SAVE
Following Reports are stored when
pressing SAVE in VitaScan LT
application menu:
• Test report on PDF, JPG or DICOM
format
• Test result le on TXT format including:
[RESULT]

SCAN_DEPTH_CM= VOLUME_IN_ML=
SAVE_FILENAME=
Applicaon – Troubleshoong
• Installaon message: Driver not found
p Uninstall driver
p Open “Control Panel
p Select ”User Accounts”
p Select “Change Sengs”
p Drag the selecon bar down to
“No Warning”
p Restart the computer
p Re-install the driver
• Device should be congured before
running the applicaon.
p In case of Windows XP OS,
the USB driver needs to be
congured before the applicaon
start.
• Applicaon log le and Scan folder
images are not geng generated in
Windows Vista OS.
p The log-in user should have
access rights to the applicaon
folders, or should have
administrator rights to the
folders.
• Scanbuon is deacvated.
p Press Clear/Restart buon, or
reset the VitaScan LT by removing
USB connecon for a few seconds
and insert again.
p Turn o “Power Saving Mode”. Set
Power Plan of the computer to
“High Performance”.
• Incorrect detecon of bladder.
p Insucient baery capacity,
connect to external safe power
supply.
p Turn OFF “Power Saving
Mode”. Set Power Plan to “High
Performance”.
p Turn OFF “Wireless network
connecon” on your computer
sengs.
p Turn OFF “Bluetooth connecon”
on your computer sengs.
p Stop “anvirus program” on your
computer sengs. – if applicable.
• ReScan please.
p Incorrect detecon of bladder.
Apply more gel on the Scanhead/
abdomen, and angle the Scanhead
below the pubic bone. Verify that
the bladder is placed over the
center of the Bladder.
