positive integers, split by
comma. Each one stands
for a stream, and the
definition is as following:
Bit 0: Support MPEG4.
Bit 1: Support MJPEG
Bit 2: Support H.264
Ex: IP8371E has 1 channel
4 streams, all streams
support MPEG4, MJPEG,
and H.264, then this will
be "7,7,7,7".
Ex: IP7161 has 1 channel
4 streams, all streams
support MPEG4, and
MJPEG, then this will be
"3,3,3,3".
