Diesel exhaust fluid gauge
The Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) gauge
shows the amount of DEF (AdBlue) in
the tank. When the DEF level is low, the
gauge indicator is in the red zone and
warning lamp is lit
When the DEF level drops too low, the
following warnings occur:
• If level is equal or less than 12%, the
warning light will be lit in the
instrument cluster.
• If the warning is ignored and the
gauge reads empty, the warning light
starts flashing and the engine torque
is reduced by 25%.
• If driver continues to ignore warnings
and the bus becomes stationary, the
bus speed is limited to 5 mph.
Driver information display
Shows messages, provide information
and control certain bus functions. The
display contains several main menus
and sub-menus with associated
functions.
