Take care not to dam,Ige gasket face when dismantling cylinder head.

Remove
- belt tensioner. Unhook spring with a 3 mm (0.1 in) drill
- lifting eye, thermoslat housing and thennostal.
Remove camshaft pulley
Counterhold pulley with 5034.
Remove camshaft
Aemove center cap.

Position press tool 5021 and press camshaft into its
bearings.
Aemove remaining bearing caps.
Remove press tool, camshaft and oil seais.

Remove :
tappets and shims
- rubbar seals from valves.
Note: Do not interchange tappets.
