Install:
lower spring seat (1)
spring

upper spring seat (3)
valve cotter (4)
rubber seal (5)
Important :

Two different types of springs and seats are in use, see E 33.

Lubricate and install tappets and adjusting shims
Place in same position as found.

Install:
belt tensioner
thermostat
+ Q-ring, thermostat housing and lifting
eyelet
half-moon
shaped rubber seal at rear of cylinder
head
Lubricate:
bearing shelts
ca ms
tappats and adjusting shims
