Air compressor, air filter, replacing
Change the air filter of the air compressor every 500
hours.
1 Open the front cover on the machine's right side.
2 Remove air filter cover (A).
3 Change the air filter inside the cover with a new
one.
4 Install the cover.
Swing bath, greasing
Grease the swing bath every 500 hours.
1 Park the machine on level ground and lower the
bucket to the ground.
2 Move the control lockout lever up to lock the
system securely and stop the engine. See page
114
.
3 Clean the grease nipples.
4 Fill the grease at grease nipple (A) using a hand
or power grease gun.
5 Take care not to supply excessive mount of
grease.
6 After greasing, clean off the superfluous grease
completely.
If the grease is contaminated or discoloured with
water, contact a workshop authorized by Volvo for
changing the grease.
