NOTE
You can skip steps 1 and 2 for the first time you install the
battery after you purchased this product, since the battery
compartment cover has already been separated.
Push the cover downward from the upper side.
Pull the cover outward from the lower side.
Insert the supplied battery pack into the battery
compartment, observing the correct polarity.
Slide the battery cover back over the battery compartment
until it clicks into place.
Put the handset on the base or charger to charge for at least
15 hours for the first time. A double beep sounds when the
handset is properly placed on the base or charger.
NOTE
Use only the 2.4V NiMH rechargeable battery pack.
