  If the power light is on but you see no picture on the screen, ensure the HDMI cable is properly connected to both the console and the TV. Also, verify that your TV is set to the correct HDMI input corresponding to the HDMI port on the TV.

  If the LED on the controller is lit but the wireless controller doesn't seem connected: 1. Press and hold the console's Power Button for 10 seconds to turn the console off. 2. Turn all wireless controllers OFF. 3. Press the console’s Power Button to turn the console ON. Move the controller’s Player Selector switch to Player 1. 4. The indicator lights on the console and controller should both be on, indicating that they are connected. 5. If the problem persists, there may be some interference in the radio frequency signal. Be sure there are no obstacles blocking the signal between the console and controller.

  If you see images on the TV but hear no sound, increase the TV volume and ensure it's not muted. You should also check the volume setting in Parental Controls under Console Settings.

  If static electricity causes your InnoTV™ to malfunction, disconnect the power by unplugging the Power Adaptor jack from the back of the console. Reconnect the Power Adaptor jack, and press the Power button to turn the unit on again. If this occurred during file transferring, reset the console as described above, try again, then reconnect the USB cable and restart the file transfer.

  If the wireless controller isn't working and the LED on the console is flashing, ensure there are fresh batteries installed in the wireless controller and that the wireless controller is turned ON. The LED light should be lit.

  Turn off the InnoTV™ Console and unplug all wiring. Use a cotton swab dipped in rubbing alcohol or an alcohol-based window cleaner to gently clean the contact area of the cartridge slot. If necessary, dry the clean contact areas with a soft, lint-free cloth. Make sure that all parts are completely dry before restoring electricity.

  If only one wireless controller works in multi-player mode, make sure the Player Selector switch on the non-working wireless controller is switched to a different player position.
