If you have a registered handset and/or headset, and need to replace one of
them or both, you will have to deregister both devices first, then register each
device to the deskset separately. Please read all the instructions on this
page before beginning the deregistration process.
Please make sure the telephone system is not in use before deregistration.
To deregister the cordless handset and headset from the UP416 console
On the console, press MENU/SELECT.

MENU/SELECT or /SKIP.

or to scroll to Deregistration and press
MENU/SELECT or /SKIP.
The console screen shows Deregister all devices?
Press ‘SELECT’ to confirm. Press
MENU/SELECT
to confirm.
The process takes up to 10 seconds to complete.
The console shows Handset deregistered. DECT
Headset deregistered. when the deregistration is
successful. The console returns to the Registration
menu. To return to the idle screen, press
CANCEL twice.
NOTES:
To register a cordless handset again, refer to the registration
information on page 25 .
To register a cordless headset again, refer to the registration information on page 26 .
