If you can't ShoulderTap® with your Walchem Accessories, but there's a connection in Dialup Status to a 10.series IP Address, the problem may be caused by: * A wrong Gateway Server. Set it to 146.115.4.198. * A wrong Gateway Port. Set it to 1194. If the issue persists, there might be a ShoulderTap® server problem. In this case, contact the factory.
