RIMOZIONE IMBALLO
• Controllare che l’imballo sia in-
tatto e non presenti danneggia-
menti.
• Procedere con il togliere il co-
perchio superiore sollevando-
lo facendo leva con un caccia-
vite o altro strumento. Fare at-
tenzione alle graffette usate
per il fissaggio.
• Aver cura di togliere gli even-
tuali chiodi in modo da evitare
che arrechino danni all’opera-
tore o al deviatore.
• Estrarre il deviatore sfilandolo
dalla cassa verso l’alto usan-
do come punto di trazione gli
appositi attacchi per i golfari.
• Sollevare e movimentare sola-
mente mediante i golfari fissati
ai fori esistenti. Utilizzare siste-
mi di sollevamento idonei alle
masse, alle dimensioni e agli
spostamenti da eseguire.
• Eseguire l’aggancio ai golfari
mediante grilli e utilizzare gan-
ci con chiusure di sicurezza.
E’ VIETATO l’utilizzo di morset-
ti, anelli, ganci aperti o qualsia-
si sistema che non garantisca
la stessa sicurezza dei grilli o
dei ganci con la chiusura di si-
curezza.
• Porre particolare cura a non
danneggiare il comando pneu-
matico.
• Alzare il deviatore e fissarlo
alla conduttura di utilizzo se-
guendo le istruzioni riportate in
questo manuale.
SMALTIMENTO
IMBALLO
• Deve essere cura dell’installa-
tore smaltire gli imballi in modo
adeguato secondo le leggi vi-
genti in materia

• Vérifier que l’emballage est in-
tact et n’a pas subi de dégâts.
• Enlever en premier le couver-
cle supérieur en le soulevant
en faisant levier avec un tour-
nevis ou un autre outil. Faire
attention aux agrafes utilisées
pour la fixation.
• Prendre soin d’enlever les clous
de manière à éviter de blesser
l’opérateur ou d’endommager la
vanne déviatrice.
• Extraire la vanne déviatrice en
la sortant de la caisse par le
haut, en utilisant les anneaux
de levage comme point d’atta-
che.
• Soulever et manutentionner
seulement à l’aide des an-
neaux fixés aux trous prévus.
Utiliser des systèmes de leva-
ge appropriés aux poids, aux
dimensions et aux déplace-
ments à faire.
• Effectuer l’accrochage aux
anneaux de levage à l’aide de
manetons et utiliser des cro-
chets avec fermeture de sé-
curité. L’utilisation de mors,
anneaux, crochets ouverts ou
tout autre système ne garan-
tissant pas la même sécurité
que les manetons et les cro-
chets de sécurité est INTERDI-
TE.
• Faire particulièrement attention
à ne pas endommager la com-
mande pneumatique.
• Soulever la vanne déviatrice et
la fixer à la conduite d’utilisa-
tion en suivant les instructions
de ce manuel.
ELIMINATION DE
L’EMBALLAGE
• L’installateur a l’obligation d’éli-
miner les emballages de maniè-
re adéquate conformément aux
lois en vigueur en la matière.
AUSPACKEN
• Sicherstellen, dass die Verpa-

• Den oberen Deckel entfernen,
indem man ihn mit durch Abhe-

oder einem anderen Werkzeug

Nägel entfernt werden, die den
Bediener oder die Rohrweiche
beschädigen könnten.
• Die Rohrweiche nach oben aus
der Kiste herausziehen, wobei
man die Anschlüsse für die
Kranösen als Anschlagstelle
zum Ziehen benutzt.
• Heben und Handling nur mit den
Kranösen vornehmen, die an
den vorhandenen Löchern be-
festigt werden. Hebevorrich-
tungen benutzen, die für die
Gewichte, die Abmessungen
und die vorliegenden Trans-
portstrecken geeignet sind.
• Die Befestigung an den Kran-
ösen mittels Schäkeln vorneh-
men und Haken mit Sicherheits-
verschluss benutzen. • ES IST
VERBOTEN, Klammern, Ringe,
offene Haken oder jedes an-
dere System zu benutzen, das
nicht die gleiche Sicherheit der
Schäkel oder der Haken mit Si-
cherheitsverschluss gewähr-
leistet.
• Besonders darauf achten, dass
der pneumatische Antrieb nicht
beschädigt wird.
• Die Rohrweiche heben und an
der Betriebsleitung gemäß der
Anweisungen befestigen, die
in diesem Handbuch stehen.
ENTSORGUNG
DER VERPACKUNG
• Der Installateur hat für die Ent-
sorgung des Verpackungsma-
terials gemäß der einschlägi-
gen geltenden Gesetze zu sor-
gen.
UNPACKING
• Check to make sure the pack-
ing is intact and shows no
damage.
• Remove the upper cover by lev-
ering on it with a screwdriver
or another tool. Take care with
the staples used for fixing.
• Take care to remove nails, if
any, to avoid injury to the oper-
ator or damage to the diverter
valve.
• Lift the diverter valve out the
box from the top, using the
eyebolt fittings provided as the
traction point.
• Use the eyebolts fixed to the
existent holes for lifting and
handling purposes. Use lifting
systems suitable for the
weights, dimensions and
movements to be carried out.
• Hook the equipment to the eye-
bolts by means of shackles and
use hooks with safety catch-
es. DO NOT use clamps, rings,
open hooks or systems that do
not ensure the safety of the
shackles or hooks with safety
catches.
• Take special care to avoid dam-
age to the pneumatic control.
• Lift the diverter valve and fix it
to the ducting by following the
instructions given in this Man-
ual.
DISPOSAL OF PACKING
• The installer is responsible for
disposal of the packing material
in accordance with the
legislation in force regarding
the matter.
