VAR
TENSIONE AL SOLENOIDE
Questo ritardo permette un
perfetto allineamento del tubo
di passaggio del tamburo e le
bocche del corpo.
• Gonfiare le tenute interne alla
pressione precedentemente
impostata come da istruzioni
descritte nel paragrafo Colle-
gamenti Pneumatici alimentan-
do il solenoide per gonfiaggio
tenute.
• Aprire il flusso aria del traspor-
to pneumatico
• Aprire il flusso prodotto del tra-
sporto pneumatico
• A questo punto il deviatore VAR
sta direzionando il flusso aria-
prodotto verso la linea di tra-
sporto desiderata.
• Continuare il trasporto nella li-
nea per tutto il tempo necessa-
rio, mantenendo la sola alimen-
tazione del solenoide per gon-
fiaggio tenute, per assicurasi il
rispettivo gonfiaggio.
• Qualora si verifichi la necessi-
tà di cambiare la linea, ripetere
le operazioni sopra descritte.
IMPORTANTE: PRIMA DI OGNI
SCAMBIO TOGLIERE CORREN-
TE AL SOLENOIDE PER GON-
FIAGGIO TENUTE IN MODO CHE
LA ROTAZIONE DEL TAMBU-
RO INTERNA AVVENGA SEM-
PRE CON LE TENUTE SGONFIE.

Ce retard permet un alignement
parfait du tube de passage du
tambour et les bouches du
corps.
• Gonfler les joints internes à la
pression déterminée suivant
les instructions décrites dans
le paragraphe Raccordements
Pneumatiques en alimentant le
solénoïde de gonflage des
joints.
• Ouvrir le flux d’air du transport
pneumatique
• Ouvrir le flux de produit du
transport pneumatique
• La vanne déviatrice VAR est
maintenant en train de diriger
le flux air/produit vers la ligne
de transport désirée.
• Continuer le transport dans la
ligne tout le temps nécessaire
en maintenant seulement l’ali-
mentation du solénoïde de gon-
flage des joints pour garantir
le gonflage.
• S’il s’avère nécessaire de chan-
ger la ligne, répéter les opéra-
tions décrites ci-dessus.
IMPORTANT: AVANT TOUT
CHANGEMENT COUPER LE
COURANT AU SOLENOIDE DE
GONFLAGE DES JOINTS DE
MANIERE A CE QUE LA ROTA-
TION DU TAMBOUR INTERNE
AIT TOUJOURS LIEU AVEC LES
JOINTS DEGONFLES.
TENSIONE AL SOLENOIDE
Diese Verzögerung gestattet
eine perfekte Ausrichtung des
Durchlaufrohrs der Trommel
und der Öffnungen des Gehäu-
ses.
• Die internen Dichtungen auf
den zuvor eingestellten Druck
aufblasen, so wie es im Ab-
schnitt Pneumatische An-
schlüsse beschrieben ist, in-
dem man die Solenoidspule
zum Aufblasen der Dichtungen
speist.
• Den Luftstrom der pneumati-
schen Fördervorrichtung öff-
nen.
• Den Produktstrom der pneuma-
tischen Fördervorrichtung öff-
nen.
• Nun fördert die Rohrweiche
VAR den Luft-Produktstrom in
der Richtung auf die ge-
wünschte Förderleitung.
• Den Transport in der Leitung
für die ganze erforderliche
Zeitdauer fortsetzen, wobei
nur die Speisung der Soleno-
idspule zum Aufblasen der
Dichtungen beibehalten wird,
um sicherzustellen, dass die-
se prall gefüllt werden.
• Sollte es vorkommen, dass man
die Leitung ändern muss, die
weiter oben beschriebenen
Vorgänge wiederholen.
WICHTIG: VOR JEDEM UM-
SCHALTEN DIE STROMVER-
SORGUNG DER SOLENOIDSPU-
LE ZUM AUFBLASEN DER DICH-
TUNGEN UNTERBRECHEN, UM
SICHERZUSTELLEN, DASS DIE
ROTATION DER INNENTROM-
MEL IMMER BEI LUFTLEEREN
DICHTUNGEN ERFOLGT.
VOLTAGE TO SOLENOID
This delay allows perfect align-
ment of the drum passage tube
and the spouts of the body.
• Inflate the internal seals at the
pressure set earlier according
to the instructions given in the
Pneumatic Connections para-
graph, by powering the seals
inflation solenoid.
• Open the pneumatic conveyor
air flow
• Open the pneumatic conveyor
product flow
• At this point, the VAR diverter
valve directs the air-product
flow towards the required con-
veyor line.
• Continue conveying in the line
for the required time keeping
only the seals inflation solenoid
powered to ensure their infla-
tion.
• If it is found to be necessary to
switch the line, repeat the op-
erations described above.
IMPORTANT: BEFORE SWITCH-
ING LINES, DISCONNECT POW-
ER TO THE SEALS INFLATION
SOLENOID SO THAT THE IN-
TERNAL DRUM ROTATION AL-
WAYS TAKES PLACE WITH THE
SEALS DEFLATED.
