3.7 Recommissioning
Checklist
1. Flange connections:
Check the screws (completeness and tightening torque)
Check the seals (quantity und position)
2. Installation:
Check the alignment (bubble level)
Check the screws (completeness and tightening torque)
3. shut o devices:
Check the spool valves (completely open)
4. Ensure the absence of voltge and secure it against inadvertent reconnection
5. Loosen up the rotor:
Remove contact protection
Use the borehole in the drive shaft of ø10mm/ 0,4in for lever attachment
Rotating the drive shaft in the pane to dissolve blockages. Attach contact
protection.
6. Switch on the pump
