If your Wayscral Bicycle engine isn't providing pedal assistance after you switch on the battery, several issues could be the cause. First, ensure the battery is charged. If it is, then: 1) Check the engine cable connection (waterproof connection joint) to make sure it's secure. 2) Verify that the brake lever is fully released to its normal position. 3) Inspect the battery fuse for any damage, contact your retailer or an authorised professional for a replacement if needed. 4) Adjust the speed sensor so it is no more than 3 mm away from the magnetic tape. 5) Confirm that the sensor and the controller are properly connected.
