9.2Careandmaintenance
Intheinterestofpermanentoperaonalreadiness,thefollowingmeasuresareessenal:
• Eachmethedeviceissubjectedtoaload,butatleastonceayear,
 theequipmentandtheaccessoriesmustbevisuallyinspected.
 Specialaenonmustbepaidtospreaderps,joints,blades,hoses,
and coupling halves.
• Everythreeyears,oriftherearedoubtsaboutthesafetyorreliability
 oftheequipment,funconaltesngandstresstesngmustalsobecarried
 out(accordingtoDGUVGrundsatz305-002orcountry-specicguidelines).
• Aereveryloading,thelubricaonofthemovableparts
 andpinsmustbeinspectedandsprayedwithFinGreaseOG.

