BEFORE OPERATING YOUR GAS GRILL

If you smell gas:
1. Shut off gas to the appliance.
2. Extinguish any open flames.
3. Open lid.
4. If odor continues, keep away from the
appliance and immediately call your gas
supplier or your fire department.
Leaking gas may cause a fire or explosion
which can cause serious bodily injury or
death, or damage to property.
WARNING:
1. Do not store or use gasoline or other
flammable liquids or vapors in the
vicinity of this or any other appliance.
2. An LP cylinder not connected for use
shall not be stored in the vicinity of this
or any other appliance.
WARNING: Follow all leak-check
procedures carefully in this manual prior
to barbecue operation. Do this even if the
barbecue was dealer-assembled.
NOTICE TO INSTALLER: These instructions
must be left with the owner and the owner
should keep them for future use.

    What to do if my Weber Grill burner does not light or has a small flickering flame?

      The excess flow safety device may have activated. To reset it, turn all burner control knobs and the cylinder valve to “OFF”. Disconnect the regulator from the cylinder. Turn burner control knobs to “START/HI”. Wait at least one minute. Turn burner control knobs to “OFF”. Reconnect the regulator to the cylinder. Turn the cylinder valve on slowly. Refer to “Lighting Instructions”.

    How to fix a Weber E/S 650 Grill rotisserie burner that doesn't light?

      Try the following: 1. Relight the burner by holding the burner control knob in and continue holding it in until 20 seconds after the burner has ignited. 2. When relighting the burner by holding the burner control knob in, wait to see the entire ceramic surface become alight before counting 20 seconds. 3. After waiting five minutes for the gas to clear, try repeatedly using the snap igniter until the burner ignites (refer to “Lighting the Rotisserie Burner”). 4. Try manually lighting the burner (refer to “Lighting the Rotisserie Burner”).

    Why is my Weber Grill Out™ Handle Light not working?

      There are several possible reasons: * The batteries may be old, replace them. * The batteries may be installed incorrectly, check the assembly illustration. * The lid may not be open with the power button on; the light activates when the lid is open. * The Weber Grill Out™ Handle Light may not be activated, press the power button. * The Weber Grill Out™ Handle Light may not be positioned correctly on the handle, adjust the position (see assembly illustration).
