      If the Sear Station burner on your Weber Grill does not light and you observe yellow or orange flame with a gas smell, start by cleaning the spider/insect screens. Verify ignition of the adjacent main burner through visual inspection. If you can light the burner with a match, inspect the Crossover® Channel on the sear burner. If problems persist, try manually lighting the burner or contact Customer Service.

      If the rotisserie burner on your Weber Grill doesn't light, try holding the burner control knob in until 20 seconds after the burner ignites, ensuring the entire ceramic surface is alight before timing. If that doesn't work, wait five minutes for the gas to clear, then repeatedly use the snap igniter. As a last resort, try manually lighting the burner or contact Customer Service.

      If the grill light on your Weber Grill does not turn off, close the lid. The grill light is equipped with a tilt sensor that turns the light ON when the grill lid is opened and OFF when the grill lid is closed. Note: The AWAKE button will not turn the grill light off.
