STORING THE WEIGHT BENCH
Set the Backrest (22) and the Adjustment Tube (9)
to the position shown (see ADJUSTING THE
BACKREST on page 12), and store the Lat Tower
(14, see STORING THE CURL POST on page 13).
Remove the Indicated Adujustment Knob (56) and
lift the Frame (8) to the vertical position. Then,
insert the Adjustment Knob into the indicated hole.

Weight Clip (74).
