6.5 Inserting the SD card
▶ Unlock the connector frame and open it as far as possible
(at least to an angle of 90°).
Opening the connector frame
▶ Insert the SD card as shown.
Inserting the SD card
▶ Close the connector frame.
6.6 Insulation test
Insulation tests on the u-control station have to be done ac-
cording to the national regulations, in any case necessarily
before each commissioning.
ATTENTION
The product can be destroyed by too
high test voltage!
Please note during insulation test:
– within one channel the test voltage
between 24V and GND must not exceed
28,8V!

– A maximum test voltage of 500V can be
applied tho all other connection points.
– Up to 4000V can be applied to the mod-
ules UR20-4RO-SSR-255 and
UR20-4RO-CO-255:
– between the four channels
– between one channel and the system
voltage.
1) We recommend to short-circuit 24V and GND on all pow-
er supply connectors (controller, power-feed modules, safe
power-feed modules and PLC-modules).
