The Company’s warranty hereunder with respect to any
blender assembly shall apply or two years or 36,000
(600Hrs) blender cycles, whichever occurs first, including
labor. At 36,000 (600Hrs) blender cycles a blender assembly
preventative maintenance (PM) service is required. It is the
responsibility of the Owner to complete and pay for this
PM. If the blender assembly has accrued 36,000 (600Hrs)
cycles prior to expiration of the initial two year warranty
period, then once the PM is completed in compliance with
the instruction manual, the warranty will continue to be
valid for the remainder of the two year warranty period or
accumulation of another 36,000 (600Hrs) cycles, whichever
occurs first.

Summary

Preparation and Initial Cleaning

Check USB contents, verify operation, record firmware, and move product.

Remove, wash, sanitize grates, and replace O-rings.

Prepare Cleaning Solution

Prepare cleaning solution and connect cleaning manifold.

Position Dispense Shield

Place the dispense shield in the dispense area.

Clean Product Lines

Use easyToUCH to flush product lines with hot water and clean drains.

Dispense Valve and Tubing Maintenance

Remove Dispense Mounting Plate

Remove screws securing the dispense valve mounting plate.

Remove and Replace LMS Valves

Remove LMS valve blocks, clean tubing clamps, and install new valves.

Ice System Maintenance

Secure Dispense Mounting Plate

Reposition and secure the dispense mounting plate with screws.

Remove Ice Bin Components

Remove ice assist bar, lid, shelf, paddle nut, shaver wheel, and ice bin.

Clean Ice Bin and Gasket

Wash, rinse, sanitize ice bin and apply new shaver gasket.

Shaver Motor and Belt Replacement

Reinstall Ice Bin and Panels

Reinstall ice bin, pour drain cleaner, remove top rear panel.

Service Shaver Motor Bracket

Locate and remove mounting bracket for power supply, relays, and SRB.

Replace Shaver Belt

Position shaver motor, remove bolts, replace belt, and tighten.

Disconnect Supply Lines

Disconnect water and CO2 supply lines.

System Drainage and Pressure Adjustment

Replace O-rings and Clean Condenser

Replace O-rings on supply lines and clean condenser coil.

Clean Condensate Drain

Clean condensate drain pan and line.

Flush Drains and Adjust Regulators

Pour hot water down drains and adjust water/CO2 regulators to 35 psi.

Firmware Update and Calibration

Update Firmware and System Settings

Update BIC UI firmware and record versions.

Configure and Calibrate Unit

Set plunge speed, cup offset, and calibrate flavors, water, and ice.

Blender Shaft Replacement

Remove and Replace Blender Shafts

Turn off power, remove grate, pull cup holder, and replace blender shaft.

Finalization and Reporting

Confirm Operation and Procedures

Make sample drinks, confirm functions, give parts to manager, and submit claim.
