Current location is a sorting feature that allows user to see patients by location
Name a location, then select location you want to use when screening
To retrieve records from a specific location, select that location
If a location is selected, you will only see records from that location
Press Network – check this if customer is seeing red wireless icon
*If customer has an enterprise network, network printing will not work. They must
get a wireless Direct printer in order to print
SSID Name must be exact name of their wireless network (may need to contact their
IT person to verify the Exact name)
Security Type: is WPA
Password is 8 digit number that is off the printer (wireless network password)
TSP/IP button
1. Must be at DHCP, do not use Static setting. If Static setting is selected,
printing problems can result. Have customer select DHCP
Printer
Press plus + button, system should automatically find printer that is on wireless direct
or wifi network
If on wifi, you may see multiple printers, but customer may not be able to print to the
one they want. The printer must be highlighted and set to default printer.
Gray trashcan- Tell customers do not use it! It will delete all printers from system
and if used, it will show Spot printer.
1. If you see Spot Printer, select and Minus it out, then search for and use Green
Plus to add customer printer
If you want to uninstall a printer, always highlight printer then use red minus sign
If customer says system won’t print – printer status may say ‘pause’
1. Click pencil icon then click reset – it will clear multiple print jobs that may be
jamming up system
Results
This determines what is shown on printout of results page
