Why is my Wen 3922 motor not starting?
    • M
      matthewsmichaelJul 28, 2025
The motor may fail to start due to several reasons. Ensure the machine is properly plugged into a power source. Check the extension cord size is correct. Worn carbon brushes can also prevent starting, consider replacing them. A blown fuse on the main PCB might be the issue, in which case replace the fuse (T5AL250V, 5mm x 20mm).

What to do if my Wen Saw has excessive vibration?
    • J
      Jasmine ReeseAug 3, 2025
Excessive vibration can occur for several reasons. Try adjusting the machine speed, as it may be set at a harmonic frequency. Make sure the machine is secured to the work surface. Also, check and adjust the blade tension. Ensure the hold-down foot is properly adjusted to slightly clear the workpiece surface during cutting. Finally, verify that all fasteners on the machine are tightened.

Why do my Wen Saw blades keep breaking?
    • W
      Willie BrownAug 9, 2025
Blades may break due to several reasons. If the blade tension is too high, reduce it. Using an incorrect blade size can also cause breakage, so use a larger (thicker) blade more suitable for the job. The wrong blade tooth pitch could also be the cause, choose a blade with more or fewer teeth per inch (TPI), ensuring that at least 3 teeth contact the workpiece. Excessive pressure on the blade can also lead to breakage, so reduce the pressure and let the tool do the work.

Why is my Wen Saw dust collection ineffective?
    • H
      hogaryAug 15, 2025
Ineffective dust collection can be caused by a few things. First, make sure the side panel is closed for optimum dust collection. If it's still not working well, the dust collection system might not be strong enough, so try using a stronger system or reducing the length of the dust collection hose.

What causes blade drift or poor cuts with my Wen Saw?
    • J
      Jonathan BlakeAug 21, 2025
Blade drift or poor cuts can result from applying excessive pressure on the blade; reduce pressure and let the tool do the work. Also, check if the blade is mounted upside-down and ensure that the teeth are pointing down towards the work table.
