How to fix a Wen 3939T blade that won't track properly?
    • E
      Eric DaughertyAug 10, 2025
If the blade on your Wen Saw isn't tracking correctly, first check the blade tension and adjust it as needed. Also, make sure the tracking knob isn't over-adjusted. Inspect the blade for warps and replace it if necessary. Ensure the upper blade guard height is properly set. Check and adjust the guide bearings if needed. Also, verify that the blade tracking setting is correct and avoid forcing the workpiece; let the tool do the work.

Why is my Wen 3939T Saw so noisy?
    • M
      Michelle PrinceAug 17, 2025
A noisy Wen Saw can stem from several causes. Check if any fasteners on the saw or stand are loose and tighten them. Ensure the guide bearings are properly adjusted. The blade tracking setting may also be off, so adjust it accordingly. Open the saw doors and manually rotate the wheels to see if the blade is hitting anything it shouldn't. There might be a foreign object inside the saw that needs removing. A worn belt or worn wheel/motor bearing could also be the culprit; in these cases, consider replacing the belt or contacting customer service for assistance with the wheel/motor bearing.

If your Wen Band Saw isn't starting and there's no sound, start by checking if it's properly plugged in. Ensure the power switch is turned ON and the safety key is inserted. Verify that you're using the correct size and length of extension cord. Try a different outlet, or have an electrician inspect the current outlet.

Why my Wen Band Saw makes a humming sound but will not start?

If your Wen Band Saw is humming but not starting, the blade or belt might be overtightened. Try adjusting the blade tension and belt tension properly.
