Why is my Wen DW5084 making unusual noises and not working properly?

  If unusual noises occur and the motor isn't working properly on your Wen sander, it could be due to a failed switch contact, jammed components, or applying too much pressure. You may need to have the switch replaced or the tool checked and repaired. Try using less pressure during sanding.

Why does the motor on my Wen DW5084 get hot?

  If your Wen sander's motor is getting hot, it might be due to foreign substances inside the motor or applying too much load. You may need to have the foreign substances removed. Also, try using less pressure during sanding operations.
