Inspect and replace worn carbon brushes as needed.

Additionally, ensure the motor housing vents are not blocked by wearing safety glasses and a dust mask, then blow out any dust.

      If your Wen Saw has ineffective cutting performance, sharpen or replace the blade if it's dull. If the blade is dirty, remove it and clean the surface and cutting edge with steel wool and turpentine. Make sure the blade flanges are flush against the blade and the arbor bolt is tightened completely. Ensure the correct blade is used for the workpiece and is installed in the correct orientation.
