Attach Handles
The handles attach to the generator frame on the same side as the recoil starter (Left side when
facing control panel). To attach the handles to the generator frame, perform the following steps:
1. Take one handle and line up the holes in the handle bracket with the holes on the
generator frame.
2. Slide a bolt through the holes in the handle and generator frame to hold the handle onto
the frame.
3. Secure the bolt in place with a nut.
4. Repeat steps 1-3 for the other handle.
At this point, gently remove the two wheels from underneath the generator.

Attach Wheels
To attach the wheels to the generator, perform the following steps:
1. Find a wood block or similar item that is 3 inches thick or greater and rest the exhaust end
of the generator on the block as shown in figure 4.
2. Take one wheel shaft, and one M12 nut as shown. Slide the wheel shaft, with the threaded
part facing inward, through the frame. Secure using an M12 nut and the included wrench as
shown in figure 5.
3. Slide the wheel onto the axle and secure in place using a large cotter pin as shown in figure
6. Spread the pin legs apart slightly to help secure the pin in place.
4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 for the other wheel.
At this point, the generator assembly is complete. Gently remove the generator from the wood
block.
