  If your Wen Portable Generator's engine runs but there's no electrical output, there are several things to check: * First, ensure the circuit breaker hasn't tripped due to an overload. Turn off and unplug all connected electrical devices, wait 5 minutes, and then press the circuit breaker to reset it. Reduce the load if it exceeds the generator's capacity, then plug the devices back in one by one. * Inspect the power and extension cords for any damage, and replace them immediately if any issues are found. * Try connecting a different device to rule out a problem with the original device. If none of these steps work, it may indicate an internal generator problem.

  If your Wen Portable Generator won't start, consider these potential causes: * Ensure the engine switch is set to RUN, not STOP. * Confirm the fuel valve is turned ON. * Check the oil level and add or replace oil if low. * Verify the generator has fuel, adding if necessary. * Drain and replace contaminated or old fuel with fresh fuel. * Clean or replace the spark plug if it's dirty or broken. * If the carburetor is air-locked, shut off the fuel valve, remove the bolt from the bottom of the carburetor, take off the carburetor bowl to allow it to reset, then replace the bowl and reinstall the bolt.
