If your Wen Portable Generator runs but doesn't produce electricity, first, turn off and unplug any connected devices. Wait 5 minutes, then press the circuit breaker to reset it. Also, inspect the power and extension cords for damage, replacing any that are faulty. Try a different device to rule out issues with the original one. Finally, check the carbon brushes and adjust them to ensure they extrude the same length, or replace them if they are worn.
