temperature in the fresh water cooling circuit

signals.
NOTE: The alarm will sound when the Key Switch
is
turned
ON.
This sounding
is
nonnal for
the engines
covered in this manual Once the engine
starts,
and the engine's
oil
pressure reaches
15
psi, the alarm will silence.

gauge is graduated in pounds per square inch (pSI) and is illuminated

The engine's normal operating oil pressure ranges between
30-60PSL
·NOTE: When
the
engine is manually shut
down,
and the engine's
Key
Switch
is turned
OFF,
the
water tewperature
gauge
will continue to register the last temperature reading indicated
by
the
gauge
before electrical
power
was
turned
OFF.
The
oil
pressure gauge
will
fall to zero when the
Key
Switch is
turned
OFF.
The
temperature gauge will
once
again register
the
engine's true temperature
once
elec:trical
power is restored to
the
gauge.
