STRAIGHT BLADE HYDRAULIC UNIT
COVER – REMOVE AND REPLACE
Snowplow Attached to Vehicle
1. Lower the blade to the ground. Place the
control in FLOAT, fully collapsing lift ram. Turn
the control OFF.
2. Remove the two hairpin cotters, washers and
pins attaching the lift arm to the lift frame.
3. Pivot the lift arm and lift ram forward and
remove or replace the cover.
4. Reassemble the lift arm to the lift frame with
the pins, washers and hairpin cotters removed
in Step 2.
