Once you have inserted both ends of the safety linkage and attached nuts, you will need
to thread the safety linkage to the black linkage rod that is already placed under the
runway. On the WF9000 this rod is easily visible, On the WF9000XLT there are 3 small
windows, 2 at each end to thread on the safety linkage and 1 in the middle to help guide
the linkage rod if necessary. At this point you will only need to get each end started. You
will tighten safety linkage to linkage rod after next step.
Using the fasteners that are already attached to the heim joints position the safety
linkage rod at the 1 o’clock position and push in until spacer is flush. Adjust the length of
each crossbeam linkage rod by turning the joint and or rod until it is the desired length.
Tighten all nuts including the nuts on each end of the crossbeam linkage rod.
